Tiny yet trouble

The baby is perfect. Two arms, two legs, spin, ribs and a bladder. It's so tiny yet with a beating heart. The tech was wonderful. But I did vomit up all the water I was supposed to drink before I left the house.

At my first ultrasound (around 13wks), they made me wait so long that I was in pain from having to pee so bad. Like, in tears. So even though I didn't vomit up the water, I did end up peeing it out, but they still saw everything clear as day.

I think that whole "drink a hundred gallons of water before your ultrasound" order is just another form of cruelty towards pregnant women. I didn't do it for the next one even though they told me to.

I'm glad everything looks good. Amazing, ain't it?

It's amazing to me that they think it will be a problem to get a pregnant women's bladder full. This is not normally an issue as far as I know.

My first PN appointment I couldn't stand straight because I had to pee so bad. It hurt. Now I don't even worry about it. Like, you know, I"m gonna pee anyway.

It was totally amazing. The heart beat did me in. I cried. Jason seemed to be intharlled but worried the baby didn't have face.
